What’s up? I’m super excited you’re here. My name is Casey George and I’m a certified personal trainer and owner of Boss Fitness in Wilmington, NC. Look, I know your time is valuable and the last thing I want to do is waste it. So with that in mind, let me cut to the chase.

- 3 Week Cardio Plan: My clients have always lost more weight than any other exercisers in town. And third, you’ve got to commit to the nutritional aspect. It is a precise meal plan and it works because of the arrangement of the macro and micro-nutrients. If you’re going to whine and complain about eating healthy meals and make excuses, then this may not be the program for you.
And finally, you need to be able to attend our boot camp on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings at 6:30 PM.
