2011 BOSS FITNESS BOOT CAMPS CALENDAR

Below is our final 2011 on-site training calendar for bootcamp training.   As of this year, our fitness membership programs will include periodic “Rest & Recovery Breaks”. This format is scientifically proven to maximize training results while providing for the necessary pre-planned mental and physical regeneration for long-term success and injury prevention.

Phase #1- January 3rd to March 4th

- Off : Monday 3/7, Wednesday 3/9, Friday 3/11

Phase #2- March 14th to July 8th

- Off : Monday 7/11, Wednesday 7/13, Friday 7/15

*Note: There is also no training on Memorial Day (Monday May 30th)*

Phase #3- July 18th to September 30th

- Off: Monday 10/3, Wednesday 10/5, Friday 10/7

Phase #4- October 10th to December 23rd

- Off :  Monday12/26, Wednesday 12/28, Friday 12/30

First Phase of 2012 Begins on January 2nd
