2010 BOSS FITNESS BOOT CAMPS CALENDAR
Below is our final 2010 on-site training calendar for bootcamp training. As of this year, our fitness membership programs will include periodic “Rest & Recovery Breaks”. This format is scientifically proven to maximize training results while providing for the necessary pre-planned mental and physical regeneration for long-term success and injury prevention. During these off weeks, clients will be given optional “quickie” 5 minute video workouts to do at home to help maintain results.
Phase #1- January 4th to March 26th
- Off : Monday 3/29, Wednesday 3/31, Friday 4/2
Phase #2- April 5th to June 11th
- Off : Monday 6/14, Wednesday 6/16, Friday 6/18
*Note: There is also no training on Memorial Day (Monday May 31st)*
Phase #3- June 21st to September 3rd
- Off: Monday 9/6, Wednesday 9/8, Friday 9/10
Phase #4- September 13th to December 22nd
- Off : Friday 12/24, Monday12/27, Wednesday 12/29, Friday 12/31
